No, we bring the required equipment and power sources with us.

Do I need to provide water?

No, we carry our own water supply to ensure a fully independent service.

Does my location matter?

How long does a full detail take?

A typical Full Detail takes between 3 to 5 hours, depending on the vehicle's condition and size. We take our time to ensure every corner is spotless.

What is your policy on pet hair or heavy mud?

While we handle all types of vehicles, extreme pet hair or excessive mud requires extra time and specialized tools. A surcharge starting from $50 may apply in these cases.

Do you offer services in bad weather?

If there is light rain, we can still operate if you have a garage or shelter. In case of heavy rain or extreme weather, we will contact you to reschedule for the next available slot.

How can I pay for the service?

We accept Cash and all major Credit/Debit cards. Please note that card payments include a small service fee and HST.

Does the vehicle size affect the price?

Yes. Our standard pricing is based on sedan-sized vehicles. Due to the extra time and materials required, a surcharge of $30 to $50 applies for larger vehicles such as SUVs, trucks, and vans.

How does the Elite Care Subscription work?

Our subscription is a monthly pre-paid plan that covers two Full Detail sessions per month at a significantly discounted rate. It's the best way to keep your car in showroom condition year-round.

Do I need to be present during the service?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle (and keys if interior work is required), you can go about your day. We will notify you once the job is complete.
